MARA NET PREAMBLE

Good evening to all those listening and welcome to the Mound Amateur Association Net which meets every Monday at 1900 hours. The repeater frequencies are 145.330, 147.195, and 443.000 with a PL of 82.5, and are assigned to the Mound Amateur Radio Association under the call of W8DYY and are located in Miamisburg Ohio.

The MARA Club extends its welcome to all amateurs that wish to participate in the net. The purpose of the net is to make new friends, reacquaint old friends, and to be brought up to date on club activities. This is (your call) acting as net control and opening the net. The priority used to handle traffic will be mobiles, public service announcements, and all other stations in order of check-ins.

  1. Is there any mobile traffic at this time, please call (your call) now.
  2. Is there any public service announcements at this time, please call (your call) now.
  3. All station check-ins, please call (your call) now.

Recognize those calls which you receive, in case someone doubles.

Ask for additional check-ins frequently.
