The 147.195 repeater is setup at the shack on a temporary basis. REMEMBER you MUST have an ENCODE TONE of 88.5 set on any radio you are trying to connect with. The 88.5 DECODE is optional. KEY up give your call unkey to be sure the repeater is not in use, KEY again and using your DTMF keys input 725, un-key the repeater should say “READY” KEY up give your call say testing maybe a location your call again, un-key, then listen the repeater will say what you said back to you, this is how you sound. It announces time on the hour and the W8DYY call sign every 10 minutes. The beep when you unkey is a courtesy tone. Key in 400 unkey and it will say the time.If you go to the shack look but don’t touch, please.
